A Bet A's MegaFan to accompany Euro 2016 tournament
For the first time, A Bet A will launch fantasy football in UK and Ireland – MegaFan is a new and exciting product for football fans, which will accompany the upcoming Euro 2016.
Through MegaFan, customers will be able to pick a team of 11 players and get fictional £100m (USD 144M) budget, basing on their skill and knowledge gathered during this summer’s Euro 2016.
Moreover, each £2 stake of MegaFan Manager will go to a global jackpot. Other additional games will be available in the shop.
Jason Hardman, Operations Manager, thinks that the product will become a major success among bookmakers as well as their customers. MegaFan service runs through Betting Limited’s pool betting license and draws on Opta Sports Data.

During the initial roll-out, MegaFan Manager will be possible to access in 1,000 shops, where players will be also able to obtain printed coupons and on-screen statistics.
MegaFan users will also check on their players in the shops where the service is available or after logging in to www.megafan.bet.
If MegaFan happens to be a success, A Bet A considers launching the product full-time to accompany the new domestic season in the UK.
