Everi Holdings and Spin Games revealed a content and licensing deal

According to the deal, Spin Games will integrate Everi Holdings’ gaming content in North American as well as European regulated jurisdictions. The gaming content will be integrated by means of Spin Games’ Robust Online Client (ROCTM), a HTML5 remote gaming server.

Everi Holdings, which is a company combining Global Cash Access Inc. (GCA) and Multimedia Games Inc. (MGAM) relaunched in 2015 under a mutual name of Everi Holdings, will provide its complete gaming offer to Spin Games. The content will include social and real-money slots, such as Artemis, Antony & Cleopatra, Bald Eagle or Aeronauts to be launched for both desktop and mobile devices.

Everi’s president and chief executive, Michael Rumbolz, said: “Expanding the online availability of our popular slot gaming content is a strategic priority for Everi and this new partnership with Spin Games will provide us with critical advantages in executing on this initiative”.

Rumbolz has also added that: “Spin Games’ technology is a leading solution for delivering social and real money wagering content to casino operators seeking to create deeper player connections by offering them the slot gaming entertainment they enjoy no matter where they are”.

Kent Young, president of Spin Games, has also commented: “With this new partnership, Spin continues to expand its footprint to new markets and we look forward to a close relationship with Everi going forward”.
