Nyx Gaming Group bought by Scientific Games

One of the most recognizable developers of casino games and software, Nyx Gaming Group, has been bought by Scientific Games.

With the fact of the recent acquisition, ordinary shares of Nyx Gaming Group are expected to be delisted before the close of business on 10th of January, 2018.
