Sky Betting & Gaming to acquire CORE Gaming
After successful developing, Sky Betting & Gaming sets off to new arrangements. Last couple of months were immensely fruitful for Sky Betting & Gambling, as they managed to expand their staff, by hiring almost 600 employees, reaching its fastest rate ever, while at the same time stating that the last financial year brought a number of appointments equal 579. The company seems to be evolving, expanding and growing as the number of people they need to hire still increases which means that there is much to work on.
Not stopping after small victories and expanding, Sky Betting & Gaming goes for acquiring another company – CORE Gaming. As it is known, CORE Gaming has been working with Sky Betting & Gaming for quite some time now, offering the support to the operator in the form of its mobile casino games.
As Conor Grant, the Sky Betting & Gaming’s gaming director, said; “This acquisition makes what was already a close relationship even closer. CORE Gaming has been a key part of our mobile casino success story and we believe their unique position to understand our customers and build great content for our players will further drive our gaming business forward.”
On the other hand, the senior director at Orbis Partners, Simon Lloydbottom, who participated in advising on the sale, added: “Given the already close relationship between CORE and Sky Betting & Gaming there is a natural strategic rationale for the deal.
“We are delighted to have worked so closely with the shareholders in order to deliver a deal which works well for all involved, and we look forward to seeing CORE continue its development under new ownership.”
