The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) in Baku

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is set to make its debut in Azerbaijan with a spectacular event in Baku. UFC Fight Night 260 will take place on June 21, 2025, at the iconic Baku Crystal Hall, bringing world-class mixed martial arts action to the heart of the city.

The main event of the evening will feature a thrilling light heavyweight showdown between former UFC champion Jamahal Hill and top contender Khalil Rountree Jr. Both fighters are known for their explosive fighting styles and are expected to deliver an unforgettable main event.

The fight card also includes several exciting matchups:

• Flyweight: Tagir Ulanbekov vs. Kyoji Horiguchi, marking Horiguchi’s return to the UFC after his successful runs in Rizin and Bellator.
• Heavyweight: Curtis Blaydes vs. Rizvan Kuniev, a battle between an established contender and a rising star.
• Middleweight: Ismail Naurdiev vs. Park Jong-Yun
• Heavyweight: Hamdy Abdelwahab vs. Mohammed Usman

The event will also feature women’s flyweight bouts:

• Irina Alekseeva (Russia) vs. Klaudia Syguła (Poland)
